Let me start by really highlighting the most important thing: this evening is about YOU. It seems pretty obvious that you will only feel happy and relaxed by doing what it is you like to do.
So first ask yourself the question: “What would I like to do? What do I really want to do, but do I not allow myself, because…insert any excuse here“.
Do you not know where to start? Or is hard to think of stuff you really want to do? That is completely normal, because you have probably been neglecting yourself for a long time. But do not worry, because there are plenty of activities you can choose from.
Activities for an Evening Just for You
Activities for this night of self care can be anything you want, whether it is reading a book with a big cup of tea, or heading into the kitchen to try out that cookie recipe that you have saved ages ago.
You could nourish your skin with a skincare routine or take a soothing bath.

The one thing I would like to advise you though, is to be a bit more generous with yourself. If you say you only have 10 minutes, ask yourself if there is a possibility to change that 10 minutes into 20 minutes.
Is it truly not possible, or do you feel like you are not allowed to take more than 10 minutes? If so, be gentle with yourself, and allow yourself more time, for it is so important to take the time for yourself.
