For me, it’s all about quality over quantity. I advise you to not rush through the prompts. Really take the time to write out your thoughts for every prompt you decide to journal about.

We change every day, and you might feel completely different in a couple of weeks or months.
It’s really interesting to re-use the prompts after a while, and reflect back on how your thoughts and feelings have changed since the last time you journaled about the same prompt.
