As some of you may now, I already challenged myself to daily self care activities last November.
Why? Because I had no idea where to start with self care, or how to make sure I was going to prioritize myself on a daily basis.
I absolutely loved it and that’s why I decided to bring it back!
And I’m not doing it alone this time, no, I want you to join me!

Introduction to the 28-Day February Self Care Challenge
With February right around the corner, this self care challenge is here to remind you that it’s okay to take time for yourself, even in the shortest month of the year.
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life, often neglecting the essential moments of care and reflection that contribute to our overall well-being.
Almost every single one of us ‘forgets’ (or purposely ignores) to prioritize ourselves amidst the chaos of everyday life.
Normally, I’d always have an excuses ready as to why today I just simply couldn’t find the time for self-care.
But when you commit to a challenge, there’s no way around it.
I experienced it for myself: I made a deal with myself, so I had to follow through. And I did!

The February Self Care Challenge is the perfect way to finally start prioritizing yourself in the next four weeks, so let’s get to it!
The February Self Care Challenge Template
As I’ve already done a self care challenge last November, I can say I already have a bit of experience with this kind of thing.
That’s why I created a new challenge, bringing back the activities that helped me immensely back when I did it the first time around.

Tips for the 28-Day Self Care Challenge
To make sure you get a great start with the activities, it’s wise to first take a moment for honesty and reflection.
Let’s go inwards first. Ask yourself: How are you feeling about starting this challenge? Are you ready to prioritize yourself for the next 28 days?
If doubts linger, fear not, for that’s entirely normal! Remember, we cannot change everything immediately, so let’s take it one day at a time.
And I will not just throw you into the deep end, so here are a few tips to help you navigate the challenges of the next 28 days:
- Start with Baby Steps: This challenge is designed just so that all activities are easy and doable. You can scale them however you like, and to make sure that they fit right into your busy day. As you progress through the challenge, you can decide if you want level up and make the activities last longer. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself, as that is the exact opposite of what we’re trying to achieve here.
- Keep the Spark Alive: Stick to your self-care routine every day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Consistency is key for a truly refreshing and fulfilling experience.
- Go with the Flow: Feel free to tweak the challenge to match your unique style and preferences. Make it your own and design your self-care journey in a way that feels perfect for you.
- Take a Moment: Pause and ponder over your journey now and then. Figure out what self-care activities make your heart sing and adjust your plan accordingly.
- Share the Magic: Everything is better together! Aside from me, who you already know is also doing the challenge, the more the merrier! Try to find others who could also benefit from the self-care challenge. Spread the love and joy by sharing your stories and tips with each other.
There Is Strength In Numbers
For those who’ve already signed up, I’m making a group chat on Instagram for everybody who wants to form a February Self Care Challenge Community, so that we can share our daily self care activities together.
