My #1 excuse was “I can’t right now, but when … is over, then I will have time and relax.”

Extra tip: Also add some colored pencils or crayons, so you can immediately start coloring instead of having to search for something around the house!

My most important remark is that you should not feel like it’s a ‘cheat’ meal. You are allowed to eat whatever you desire. Don’t be hard on yourself.
My favorite snack depends on my mood, but I can always go for cookies or a bar of chocolate. And I do mean a BAR of chocolate, not just a piece, because come on!!! Indulge in whatever you desire, because once again: it’s about YOU.
Tea
Sipping on a cozy cup of tea isn’t just a ritual; it’s a warm hug for your soul.

Your favorite mug
Speaking of mugs, to drink that tea, might as well get a super cute mug in there as well to drink out of!
I can find so much joy in beautiful mugs, only looking at them sparks me with enthusiasm.
Pick a special mug to add to your basket, that you will only drink from when you’re using the basket. This can be your self care mug.
All there’s left do is put on the kettle and you’ll have your warm hug in a mug!
