Summer is the perfect time to take on new challenges and focus on self-care.
Whether you’re looking to refresh your routine or dive into something new, a summer self-care challenge is a fantastic way to prioritize your well-being.
This challenge is all about making time for yourself, trying out new activities, and enjoying the season to the fullest.

The Summer Self Care Challenge
This summer, you can join the ultimate self-care challenge.
A challenge designed to truly help you explore different ways to practice self-care, from physical activities to mental relaxation.
And to not get overwhelmed by all the ways you can take care of yourself, especially during the hottest days of the year, I’ve decided to create a challenge that is divided into 6 parts.
Every week, we focus on a different aspect of self care.
This way, over the following weeks, you get to experience lots of different ways to make sure you put yourself first.
And in doing so, you can figure out what works for you and what you like.
Ready to prioritize yourself during the summer? Then let’s dive in!
Week 1: Physical Wellness
Kick off your summer self-care challenge by focusing on physical wellness.
This week, try activities that get your body moving and your heart pumping.
Go for morning walks, try a new workout routine, or take up yoga in the park.
The goal is to find something that energizes you and makes you feel good.
Consider joining a fitness class, or tag along to a group of people that are working out in the park.
Not only will you stay active, but you’ll also meet new people and make friends.
If you prefer solo activities, swimming is a great option to cool off and exercise at the same time.
Remember, the key of this self care challenge is to enjoy the activity, so pick something that you look forward to doing.

And it would not really be summer without a stroll on the beach, or a day at the lake!

There are countless ways to be creative, so this week you’ll have enough to choose from.
